From the wide range of our portfolio we find the ideal estate for you to invest in. This will be the basis on which we will build, renovate and/or expand. Focused on your preferred location, our team of local real estate agents, who cover the regions of Pelion, Evoia and the Peloponnese, can help you find this house. To help you make the final decision, our package includes a review by a structural engineer and a lawyer and an initial design proposal providing an estimate of the renovation costs and a timeframe. This step is complete when the land contract is signed.

2.STEP: PLANNING

 

Architectural Design
Based on the preliminary design the architectural design will proceed, incorporating your needs in detail, while maintaining and recreating the essence and qualities of the building’s era. A structural engineer and a building services engineer, who are part of our team, ensure that structural and climate requirements are met. We focus on sustainability in architecture, keeping the environmental impact low and the maintenance energy cost at a minimum, and proposing eco-friendly materials. This step is complete when the building permit is issued.

3.STEP: REALIZATION

Construction Management 

Based on the initial financial planning and timeframe we design the detailed construction plans and assist you in finding the best contractor to perform the renovation works, by collecting offers for you to compare. Contracts with contractors are approved by a lawyer in order to secure your investment. Our partner network of trusted contractors completes the building under our lead and supervision.
